We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery availability may vary depending on:

Certain remote areas may require additional delivery time or charges.


2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed:

  • on weekends,
  • public holidays,
  • or outside working hours

may be processed on the next business day.

During peak periods, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be extended.


3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Dubai: 1–2 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • courier delays,
  • weather conditions,
  • traffic,
  • customs or regulatory checks,
  • or unforeseen operational issues.

Doog is not liable for delays outside its reasonable control.


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees, if applicable, are calculated during checkout.

Doog may occasionally offer:

  • free delivery promotions,
  • discounted shipping,
  • or minimum order free shipping thresholds.

These promotions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.


5. Order Tracking

Tracking availability depends on the delivery partner and shipment type.


6. Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • refusal to accept delivery,
  • or inaccessible locations,

additional delivery charges may apply for re-attempts.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

Customers must inspect orders upon delivery.

If an item arrives:

  • incorrect,
  • or missing,

please contact Doog within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number,
  • photos/videos of the issue,
  • and a description of the problem.

Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution.


8. Delivery of Perishable or Sensitive Products

Certain pet products may require:

  • temperature-controlled handling,
  • special packaging,
  • or expedited delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive such deliveries promptly.

Doog is not responsible for product deterioration caused by delayed acceptance after delivery attempts.


9. Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk of products pass to the customer upon successful delivery.

Once delivered, customers are responsible for:

  • product handling,
  • storage,
  • and usage.

10. International Shipping

At this time, Doog primarily serves customers within the UAE.

International shipping availability may vary and may involve:

  • customs duties,
  • taxes,
  • import restrictions,
  • and additional fees,

which remain the customer’s responsibility.
