Doog provides pet-related services and products including but not limited to:

Pet grooming
Dog boarding

All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years old,
you are legally authorized to own or care for the pet,
and all information provided to Doog is accurate and complete.

3. Pet Health & Vaccination Requirements

For the safety of all pets and staff:

all pets must be vaccinated according to UAE veterinary guidelines,
vaccination records may be requested before service approval,
pets showing signs of illness, aggression, parasites, or contagious conditions may be refused entry.

Doog reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if a pet poses a health or safety risk.

Owners remain fully responsible for disclosing:

medical conditions,
behavioral issues,
allergies,
medications,
or special handling requirements.

Failure to disclose relevant information may result in refusal of future services.

4. Service Bookings

Bookings are subject to confirmation.

Doog reserves the right to:

reschedule appointments,
refuse bookings,
modify service durations,
or cancel services due to operational, safety, weather, or emergency reasons.

Estimated service times are approximate and may vary.

5. Boarding & Daycare Conditions

While Doog takes reasonable care to maintain a safe environment:

pets interacting in social environments carry inherent risks,
minor scratches, stress, play-related incidents, or illnesses may occasionally occur.

By using boarding or daycare services, owners acknowledge and accept these risks.

If veterinary care becomes necessary:

Doog may seek treatment if the owner cannot be reached,
all veterinary expenses remain the owner’s responsibility.

6. Payments

All prices are listed in AED unless stated otherwise.

Payment may be required:

in advance,
upon booking,
or upon service completion.

Doog reserves the right to:

update pricing,
charge cancellation fees,
or suspend services for unpaid balances.

7. Refunds & Returns

Refunds and returns are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe depending on the payment provider.

8. Product Orders

Product availability may change without notice.

Doog reserves the right to:

refuse orders,
cancel orders,
